Returns & Cancellations

Every item in our shop is printed on demand and made just for you once your order is placed. Because of this, all sales are final. We can't accept returns or exchanges, and orders can't be cancelled or changed once they're submitted. Please double-check your order, including sizes and your shipping address, before checking out.

Damaged or misprinted items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or printed incorrectly, contact us at cg@cgmacington.ca within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
